Only Assist support has the ability to enter the stations to provide support.
There are several reasons. Assist is a standalone product that is not owned by companies that are locked into the insurance industry and the rules/prices that they have there. The Assist station becomes yours - you decide the products, services and not least the prices for what you offer directly. With Assist you have the opportunity to expand your service offering, focus on more direct assignments / regular assignments and participate in the Assist network to receive assignments from others - as well as be able to take on assignments that you could not previously solve.
But the best argument is that your company will have one system that shows the answer. Not 3-4!
In Assist you can collect all the tasks and services performed in the company in one system and achieve:

Contact us for more information about the trial period. We will then set up your workstation and an administrator user so you can try it out. When you are ready to use Assist, we will help you get it ready for daily operations, for example by linking it to your accounting software.
After 14 days, you automatically become a customer and you must then let us know if you no longer want Assist, and we will remove Assist at no cost.
