Hi. We are the people behind Assist.

We have spent a lot of time with companies where everyday work does not happen in calm, linear processes. It happens in phone calls, messages, urgent jobs, vehicles heading out, waiting customers, and documentation that needs to be correct afterwards.

What we saw was not a lack of effort. It was skilled people holding operations together with too many loose threads: some in memory, some on mobile, some in accounting, some on paper, and some in systems that were not quite built for how they work.

Assist is our attempt to gather that workday in one place. Not to make the job more advanced, but to make it calmer to manage: what came in, who is doing it, what is the status, what needs documentation, and what should go on to invoicing.

Where it started

Assist was started by the industry itself.

Rogaland Redning AS, Bjørneby AS, Bilberging Vestfold AS, and Larviking AS took the initiative and joined forces to build a system that actually fit operational work.

We started with vehicle recovery because the requirements are clear there: pace, precision, traceability, and clean invoice documentation. Over time, it became clear that more teams working on the road have the same needs.

That is why we keep building with the same principle: short distance to customers, practical solutions, and honest conversations about what actually helps day to day.
