Getting started

Can we try Assist before committing?

Yes. We can set up a trial station and admin user so you can test Assist before deciding.

What is included in onboarding?

The onboarding package covers station setup, customer and product imports, drivers, vehicles, integrations, and key-user training.

What if we need help after training?

Assist has help resources and customer support to help you move forward. If needed, we can also provide additional training and remote support.

Pricing and subscription

What happens if we exceed the job volume in our plan?

It is normal for volume to vary. A few extra jobs are not a problem, but if you are often above the limit, we recommend moving to a larger plan.

Can we change plan later?

Yes. The plan can be adjusted up or down when job volume changes. Contact us and we will find the right level.

What happens if we want to cancel the subscription?

Contact us to cancel the service. The notice period follows the subscription terms.

Data and security

Who can see our data?

The data belongs to your station. Only your station and users you grant access can see it. Assist does not share data with other stations.

How does Assist handle security?

We take data security seriously and use measures such as encryption, secure storage, and ongoing security updates.

Can Assist support see our station?

Assist support can access your station when needed to provide support, but data is not shared with other customers or stations.
