The onboarding package covers station setup, customer and product imports, drivers, vehicles, integrations, and key-user training.
Assist has help resources and customer support to help you move forward. If needed, we can also provide additional training and remote support.
It is normal for volume to vary. A few extra jobs are not a problem, but if you are often above the limit, we recommend moving to a larger plan.
Yes. The plan can be adjusted up or down when job volume changes. Contact us and we will find the right level.
