On 24 August we signed an exclusive partner agreement with evolvit Solutions AB. Assist is going to market in Sweden, and evolvit is the company taking it there.
We've known for a while that Sweden was the next step. Picking the country was never the hard part. Finding the right company to do it with was.
Why not just sell it ourselves?
We could have. Put up a Swedish website, answered the phone in Swedish, hoped for the best. But a dispatch system isn't an app you download and forget. It's the backbone of how a recovery station runs. When it stops at two in the morning, somebody needs to pick up — somebody who knows the industry and, ideally, is in the same country.
So we looked for a partner who could do three things at once: IT, vehicles and sales. That combination is rarer than you'd think.
Why evolvit
evolvit has more than 100 employees across nine locations in Sweden. They deliver business systems, work order systems, development and integration, IT operations — and vehicle services. In other words, they're already in the engine room of Swedish companies whose business is dispatching jobs and vehicles.
That makes Assist a natural extension of what they already do rather than an odd item in the catalogue. And it means a Swedish station deals with one supplier, with support in its own language.
Our first meeting was in April. Since then we've spent time on the things worth spending time on: who owns the customer, who answers when it's urgent, what happens if it doesn't work out. Clean answers to those questions are worth more than a fast signature.
What Swedish stations get
Assist brings the whole job flow into one place. Job in, assigned to the right truck, driver app with route, customer details, photos and status flow, a live map of the fleet — and an invoice out the other end. In Norway it's used today by every third recovery station and more than 700 drivers.
The Swedish version is translated, with a Swedish knowledge base and Swedish support. Local integrations are landing one by one.
We're not building something new for the occasion. We're taking something that already works and putting a Swedish partner in front of it.
What happens next
evolvit now starts training and selling. We stand behind them with the product, second-line support and setup of the first customers.

Thanks to Marcus and the team in Skövde for a straight, well-run process. Now the fun part starts.
