We find ourselves needing to adjust prices on Assist from 1.10-26 – the first time in over a year.
The reason is simple: everything has gotten more expensive over the past couple of years, and that applies to our industry too. B2B SaaS companies typically raise prices 5–8% a year – we've landed on 6%.
Assist spends more on operations and security around the system than before, and support costs more than it used to.
At the same time, we've used the time to make Assist better: the AI interpreter that creates jobs in seconds, more integrations, and continuous improvements and features in an app that keeps getting easier for your drivers to use every day.
For your station, this comes to about NOK 230 per month on the license + NOK 50 for integration, for those who have it. Assist Start will be NOK 28 per job and NOK 12 per order.
At the same time, we're lowering the Tracksys integration from NOK 950 to NOK 550, for those who want a great setup with Tracksys vehicles in Assist.
